like the tile says,the man doesnt live up to his word. long story short we had a disagreement on an item he sold me, i filed a complaint ,we agreed i drop the complaint and he would send out a money order for a partial refund.well that was weeks ago ,still no money order and now hes gone dead quiet onthe emails but im sure he has some kind of excuse or maybe he just doesnt care and will change his screen name and email address like everyone around here does when they get a bad rep.fyi boys....

For AZ standards, that pair of tail lights would be considered to be very good condition. Keep in mind, where youre at, you dont have 115-120* temperatures, and scorching hot sun beating on all the plastic parts of your car. It was not my job to completely detail the tail light assemblies before I shipped them. For future reference, try asking for pics of a part before you buy something if its such an issue for you. Like I said, I dont have time to completely detail every part I remove from a car. Most of the time, I remove it, box it up, and send it out. I have been selling parts and cars for many years on this site, and never had a problem until you came along.

 

i didnt post this to be a contest but for starters :where the f is this money order???show me a receipt for it and proof it was even cashed by someone because if you sent it it never arrived here and i will go to my grave with that.

Point(s) being made here is(are) very simple...

1. ALWAYS ask for pics. Unless you have already seen the item(s) in person. In which case I doubt you would be looking in the classifieds.

2. Avoid this seller. This is the second post about him in a very short time, and in both he has copped major attitudes. In both he has come in attacking the poster.

3. Keep any messages from the transaction in case things do go south and a promise is made and then ignored. That way you can actually go and file complaints with not only Fed, State and Local Fraud Depts, but also the owners/moderators of this site.

Over the net, I do not trust them for anything.
Hell I have even gotten parts that the pics were taken at odd angles and varying light to actually hide defects. Luckily not here Hackbay...
I have also been flat out lied to about parts fitment (again not here but Hackbay)...

I admit I have bought things from people on this site, and many people here have bought things from me and for the most part things go well. If not we both try to come up with a deal to settle anything that is felt is or has been wronged.

Now to use your own words that you should answer questions in the order they were asked... answer this... or in the case of a few I will answer them with your own words.

1. If you never offered the refund why did you say that you sent the money order when "you said you did"?
2. But you did agree to its exsistance, or al least to its promised existance by saying you already sent it to him.
3. You just proved you did. If about nothing else, about the money order that you said yourself that you sent.
4. Your proof of many things is in this reply right here. You proved that you agreed to send a refund money order. You then proved that you lied about (A) sending it (B) went back on your word to send it.
So exactly who is the LIAR here?

Now I am not even going to get into the actual part received as there have been no provided pics, and no provided links to the thread they were asked for in. If there are pics to be provided please post a link to them (or better yet attach them in the thread itself) and then provide a link about the sellers UNEDITED description. If the seller description is edited it will be taken for granted that it was changed to make it seem that they were not as good as you initially said they were. IE calling a bag of dog waste gold, instead of a bag of dog waste.
