I sent him payment for a 91-92 chin spoiler on 1/11 and never received the part. I had to keep calling him for answers and to keep on top of him. He supposedly forgot to put part of my address on the box. The next story was that the carrier "Going Postal" went out of business and I was held up even longer. He did not want to meet me halfway so I could get my part but instead said he would ship it out UPS next day air and eat the cost to "learn from his mistake." The next day (2/1) I didn't get any phone calls, no tracking numbers, and his cell phone was off. 2/2, I tried calling him numerous times and left numerous messages. I previously raised this issue to a dispute with paypal so they were aware and I left another message saying if I hadn't received a call by the next morning I would raise the issue to a claim and let paypal handle it and get my money back. Sunday morning (2/3) I still hadn't heard from him and found that he issued me a refund through paypal. He jerked me around for a month and at no point made an attempt to resolve the situation. DO NOT TRUST THIS GUY

Hope it works out for you. If not I still have the the complete GFX as I am willing to break down and part out. Paypal is good about given back money on things like this.

So after he sends you a payment, you find out shipping was going to be more then you originally told him so you then tell him to pay balance. Then he says no? So then we are left at...if you sent a refund or not?

You sent me a refund after jerking me around for almost a month. I'm a full time college student taking 18 credits a semester trying to graduate in December AND work 20 hours a week to pay for school, so don't think meeting you halfway was easy for me either. This thread was made almost 2 months ago, in fact the car already has a new painted chin spoiler installed on it, and you just replied to it today...perfect example
