mattgarnegy (ebay name) AKA GovernorCamaro AKA Mitchell Williams is bad seller. I purchased what was supposed to be a Mint dash pad. However it arrived damaged, I had to deal with fedex about it. Fedex shipped the dash pad back to him and not back to me as I told them to. Fedex would not cover the damages. I emailed GovernorCamaro several times over a few weeks asking for a refund or to work out some sort of deal but I got no replies. So mattgarnegy AKA GovernorCamaro AKA Mitchell Williams has my $300 and my dash pad and will not make things right! I will most likely contact and file a small claims report with the police in his hometown now.Just don't want another thirdgener to get ripped off.

 

You got ripped. That really sux. I wouldn't have spent that much on a brand new dash pad and I don't think they cost that much new either. I've got a couple of catologs for our camaro's I will look it up for you and give you the info you would need to get one. I hope this helps.

 

I couldn't find it in my year one catolog and I can't find my classic industries catolog but it should be in that one cause I know I've seen it somewhere. It shouldn't be more than 200 bux new and I highly recommend getting the catolog anyway. They are free. Go to www.classicindustries.com and order the catolog there or you can get there number off of the site and just call them. If you need any help with the car let me know and I'll see what I can do.

 

Thanks 85irocz355tpi. I would appreciate that. I do not think they make dash pads for our cars. Classic Industries and Year One, etc. don't sell them, but they do sell the covers. Was just trying to get my interior finished so I can get the Z28 painted an ready for Cruisin The Coast (Mississippi Gulf Coast) in October. If you do find one let me know, I sure would appreciate it.

 

I'll keep my eyes peeled. Let me know if you find one. I have some parts but I don't have a dash pad if there might be anything else you are looking for.

that sucks...this is one reason you NEED to have shipping insurance for all items you ship. its only a few extra dollars if that to cover the cost of the goods our shipping. that way if it gets lost or damaged in shipping, both parties are covered. You get your money back. ALWAYS request the seller to ship with insurance for the value of the product

I had gears sent to me. I received half of them. "Supposedly" it was insured for the full amount. Fed Ex would only cover half or a little less than half because I received "some" of the items. Even though they were useless because the carrier and ring gear were no where to be found. But the whole situation was shady so who knows.

 

Wont deal with Fedex and won't buy without Paypal again for sure!
