Don't Deal with Transam84

I won an auction from Transam84 (thirdgen)/84Transam (ebay)
and he has really set me off.

Here is the auction http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...200908296&rd=1

I won these seats for a friend of mine with an 83 Pace car. The guy is full of BS im just going to copy and paste the emails its pretty funny I was going nuts.

Subject: Message from eBay Member Regarding Item #160200908296 Received: Feb-05-08

You responded to this message on Feb-05-08
Dear binghamtonstuff,
hello. I am sorry for the delay.I have just got back into town today. I was in Loma Linda California for work so I was not able to check me emails or ebay sales. after getting home wife did say that a guy came by and picked up the seats. at first I though maybe it was you until I saw you live in New York,so obviously it was not you.the seats were listed on Craigslist (as stated in the auction) so I assume the guy that bought them saw them on there.I do apologize for any inconvenience.Mike

Dear 84transam,
Any inconvenience? Are you serious? I actually bid on these for someone that had bought something from you before. This is going to hurt him like you wouldnt believe. Words can not describe my anger. Like you said in your ad if someone bought it off craigslist you would end the auction. Well you didnt end the auction and I won the auction which is a legal binding contract. The law would obligate you to find me another set of seats in the same condition for the same price or pay some sort of damages.

Dear binghamtonstuff,
a seller is not able to end an auction early if an item has abids and has 12 hours left in the auction. b/c of this I was not able to end the auction early no matter how hard I tried.

Dear 84transam,
You are only making me more angry. You will get what you deserve in feedback and in life itself. What goes around comes around.

Dear binghamtonstuff,
there is a return address on a neg if you give me one,so I get one then so do you.the seats were for sale locally and they sold locally, which is what happended.not much I could have done since I was a litterally half way accross the coutntry.this work trip was not expected that came up.I install, setup, and repair cnc mills and lathes for HAAS.doing this type of work I am on call to be out of town occasionally unexpectedidly and travle to a customers location.I am not going to get into a big heated debate over this, but like I said I do apologize. Dear 84transam,
Heated debate? You know your wrong, unless you are really that dumb and think sellers are not responsible as stated in ebay terms. You are a pathetic human being, that takes no responsibility. Your story is also BS. At first you say you think I was the one that picked it up so as to say it sold after I won. Then you go on to say you have no internet yet both your wife and you have no telephone access? BS, BS, BS. Your a low life greedy #%^%^%#$%##$@#@#. They probably offered more money after the auction, and you couldnt resist. Im going to go to third gen figure out who you are and any other site I can find and tell them what a dousche bag you are. You have got me fired up now buddy, good job.

Wow, that got a little crazy, looks like he tried to apologize and explain the situation as best he could and then you cussed him out and threaten to bad-mouth him on every board possible, but I guess I don't see the whole thing...

Re: Don't Deal with Transam84

Of course I did.

Read the part where he says theres a return negative, when hes the only one in the wrong. Thats what blew the fuse/exposed his true self.

When you win an auction on ebay the seller is obligated to hold up his side of the bargain, just like any contract. In this case its an item theres barely any left of which makes it even more serious.

Re: Don't Deal with Transam84

I assume you did not pay for the seats. If you did not, $hit happens, you make it sound like your friend life will end if he didnt get the seats. Leave Neg feedback and call it a day.

I dont know why your getting worked up when there is nothing (short of what your posting) thats going to change the deal. life to short to sweat the small stuff

No i'm just warning people on here of him and how he is a greedy dousche bag. I'm sure everyone with half a brain can see through his BS. Nobody pays attention on ebay though.

I really could care less actually, I thought my emails were amusing and I did it on purpose to amuse myself while actually being mad.

Re: Don't Deal with Transam84

So like you said, its a binding contract throught ebay, so take it up with ebay and see what they can do you for you. You'll get alot farther that way then going about it like this. One thing I do find interesting is how he said he was out of town and had no access to computers however someone was answering the questions asked on Jan. 22-23. btw, Those emails really kinda make you look like the fool, I would'nt keep posting them for everyone to see. You're in the right, but wow man, you need to learn how to handle things.

Re: Don't Deal with Transam84

The best they will do is give him a strike and I cant take him to court because its to far. You have never flipped out on someone? I guess most of us are fools then. I didnt think it would work just to post his side and im not going to edit my emails to make myself look better after the steam blew off.

Yeah, Ive flipped out before but Ive had enough sense not to be proud of it and go around showing everyone. Im not saying you should edit your emails, just dont post them. We dont need to see the email exchange for you to explain how you were ripped off. Telling the story of how you won the auction and he sold them to someone else out from under you would be good enough.

what a lie!! I CHALLENGE YOU TO POST ALL THE PM'S HERE RIGHT NOW FOR EVERYONE TO SEE!!you posted our emails so it shouldn't be that hard for you to do.I was obviously in town at the start of the auction, and if you notice I had not posted anything on the auction after the 23rd. the auction ended on the 25th and by that time I was already out of town.to avoid any problems in the future on Ebay, don't ever bid on anything that says the item is also for sale locally, as stated in the auction.I am not trying to get into a pissing match with you over this. you just happen to sate that others PM'd you about me screwing them over to which is an outright lie and SLANDER.you are going to have an extremely tough time back pedalling your claim,so please explain yourself.

Re: Don't Deal with Transam84

"I had an issue with this dude here, luckily it was only 15 bucks but I eventually ended up getting it back through paypals claims."

which was by Camaropunk. Very sorry camaropunk if you didnt want me to write this but he asked for it.

these seats are listed for sale locally on craigslist, and if sold locally I would end ther auction early.

You cant admit you are wrong can you?

Are you going to stick to the lie where your wife sold them from under you after the auction and you had no internet or way for her to tell you whats going on? If so you cant use the lie about not being able to end the auction early.

I cant wait for you to explain with another lie. Maybe your dog ate the telephone.

this is to funny I do not know who this is and I have NEVER sold to anyone on thridgen.org, EVER. also you typed what you wanted, you did not paste the PM b/c you do not have one. I would really like Camaropunk to come on here and show the auction which he claims I took him for $15 or the ad. hell if possible show what he can about the paypal dispute.he should have an email regarding the dispute, which does not nor did it EVER exist. show some real proof suburban, don't just type something up and say this is what someone else said. you are so hell bent and giving me a bad name, why delete or get rid of anything that would help you out in your cause right.

by the way you only posted one so called PM that you made up of course.what about the others, you did say PM'S which is plural, um that meens more than one.
----------
you are online right now.cat got your tongue??? can't find any Pm's,making up a good pm etc.
when did Camaropunk say this paypal dispute occured??? this way I can really narow things down in my account and post a pic of that page from my paypal account on here.I have nothing to hide here so please let me know when this so called paypal refund took place for him.after you post the date then I promise to post a pic of my paypal page that would pertain to that time frame which would verify the dispute, if it were there.

Re: Don't Deal with Transam84

I just PM'd Camaropunk about the so called $15 He says he told you I tried to steal from him. I told him to post the ad, the email regarding the paypal refund etc and anything else he has on this transaction he claims that went bad. to bad nothing will come of this claim. to bad no proof exists.I doubt he will even respond since he has NO WAY of backing up his claim which on the internet shouldn't be that hard.

Re: Don't Deal with Transam84

well folks I got an IM from camaropunk.he has no idea what any of this is about. he said I must have emailed the wrong guy, however dble checking the name that mrsuburban says sent him an IM I am 100% sure I emailed the guy that mrsuburban said im'd him telling him I tried to rip him off. mrsuburban you have some explaining to do here. you always just pull a name out of the air and speek on others behalf about things that didn't happen???? camaropunk seems like an ok guy to me, doesn't sound at all like he knows anything about what mrsuburban says. mrsuburban you have really tried hard to drag my name through the mud, however you are just full of lies and accusations.I can't imagine what your defensd is in all this other than you are pissed you didn't get the seats you wanted.before you post one more defamitory remark towards me you better make REALLY sure you can back up what ever remarks you state as facts,if not then keep your lies to yourself.

You are very ignorant. If you are telling the truth and thats what camaropunk actually said than obviously he got you confused with 84transam on here since your ebay name is 84transam. Oh well this thread is about how you are a doushe bag and dont live up to contracts. Stop trying to make tangents.

Oh by the way smarty pants:

Re: Don't Deal with Transam84

Calling me a tool? Am I sticking up for someone I know that obviously did something wrong? Idiot.

Im sure the extra money he made will pay off the fees. Oh and try finding 83 recaro seats for that price. Legally he would have to if I could take him to court.

Re: Don't Deal with Transam84

This is useless squabbling. It sucks that the seats were sold prior to the end of the ebay auction, but no money changed hands, nobody was ripped off and "Doushe" is actually spelled "DOUCHE".

C'mon mods...
