I received the items in a timely manner.

All I have to say, is study the pictures carefully. There will not be a description of the item in the ad, just photos. THe phote will divulge any issues with the items, but in a picture that *just* shows that something is broken. Its in the photos, so you knew about if you looked at it and knew what you were looking for. Hence the seller didn't do anything 'technically' wrong.

Its my fault, as I didn't scrutinize each photo. If I had, perhaps I would've noticed the issue and passed on the items. At the most, negotiated a lower price.

So buyer beware, as with any other transaction in life.
