itrader feedback removal?

is there any way for a moderator or someone to remove a mistaken feedback? I recently sold an A/C line to member BADMAN, and the transaction went very well, he tog the item and was happy with it. He went to leave me a positive rating and accidentally clicked the negative even though his comment is very positive. This sucks for me because now my perfect rating is torpedoed for no reason. I highly value my reputation on this site and its very frustrating that I now have a negative that was meant to be a positive. BADMAN will agree, that the negative was a mistake and he was trying to leave a positive. any help in this disconcerning situation is very much appreciated. THANK YOU!!

Re: itrader feedback removal?

I see that it was a mistake based on the comments left, and the follow-up feedback rating that was made in an attempt to void the previous rating.

Fixed. I edited the rating from negative to positive.
