To be a professor would be to have a distillery and rickhouses for my own craft, but for now I limit myself to varied consumption and custom tailored "Bourbon Tour" trips to KY when I can dictate. You have a taste for the "wealth" as well James?

I do enjoy scotch as well, but bourbon has always been more satisfying; especially in the "bang for the buck" category. Neat is the only way to roll.

My last trip to a distillery was in Cognac, France. My wife and I were the only guests, so we were made to feel 'very' at home.
