this member shermanwizard is a theif. Please do not deal with him

I paid him for the rear deck lid (no glass) of a high rise camaro back on Nov. 15th.. never heard back from him even after several PM's.. i even checked his log in status and he was logging into thirdgen almost daily until Dec. 4th, that was the last day of his log in.

Had to file a paypal dispute since no response.
this jerk gives thirdgeners a bad name. this has held up my body work and painting, which in turn has cost me money as well.

Stay clear of shermanwizard he'll take your money and give you nothing.

 

Update: finally got my money back, not because he gave it back, but because I had to file a claim with PayPal.

I checked his log in today, he's logging in here now, last day being 12/29/11, so I know he's seen my 3 PM's I've sent him and I know he read the PayPal emails, no response ever

I guess I got lucky. I bought a ecm and memcal from him. It took more than a week after I paid to get a tracking number and a reply from him.

 

Curious how you can call someone a thief when you got your money back ????? YAK OFF !!!!!!!!

 

If you have to get a third party involved to get your money back. And get no answer and no tracking for a long period of time that is a scam.

he only got his money back by going through paypal...the person in question did not give it back.

If the cops catch a guy that steal your stuff and you get it back does that mean he's not a thief?

AND when tunedperformance got a partial refund and got to keep the part because paypal says so, then that would be a robbery also.

So, tunedperformnce is a thief because he complained about a problem with tpi runners i sold him, and he even addmitted to seeing in a photo before purchase what he did not like, so i am out $60 because of paypal and TUNEDPERFORMANC IS A THIEF !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
