I sold him a Canton Alum Overflow. Took longer than usual for me to get it shipped out due to personal reasons but 1badz28sd jumped the gun and issued a paypal dispute.

From my experience Paypal does not accept USPS Confirmation number as tracking which is what I provided.

1badz28sd decided to label it as false tracking and escalated it to a claim. While me checking online shows the package and even calling was told the zipcodes where it was sent and where its headed...

No replies from 1badz28sd on here. I would really hate to see this guy walk away with his money back and my item.

 

Just got off the phone with paypal, They accepted the delivery confirmation.

 

theres always two sides on the coin i paid u last week on the 25th of july what date is today is august 3 !! how many days after is that u think i will believe a word ur saying? i have proof of ur privates messages that u told u where going to ship it the date after i paid u being the 26th of july !!!

Its been shipped and I provided all the info to paypal to show that it has been shipped and even sent in pictures of receipt and tracking number.


So its not a ''u think im going to believe u nope'' thing anymore, feel free to leave the claim opened, paypal should close it in a few days and return my money.

I made this thread since you escalated the paypal claim by saying the tracking is ''false''. A big red flag to any seller and me atleast wanting TGO to know what kind of buyer you are if you decide to keep both your money and my item if paypal happends to refund you your money.

Yes I did take near a week to ship it off but I apologized about it.

There is no problem here, just me being cautious about all this. So please stop acting like a child, your item is shipped. Yes it was not shipped when I told you i was gonna ship it on and I apologize for it.

 

me acting like a child? cautions about me? i was the one who paid like 5 minutes after u told me to send the payment how many times u told me u where going to ship the item 4 times! i send u pm asking about tracking u took 2 to 3 days to replay back with excuses now im the bad guy ? now since i got paypal into this now u post very fast and every 5-15 minutes went to replay my pms took about 2 to 3 days kinda funny i guess u need those 80dlls more than i do

I understand both of your frustration concerning timing. But you did get paid, and sounds like you got your book. So i would say shake hands and not hold a grudge. Life is to short to letting petty stuff like this **** you off. I could understand if you never sent money or never got the book.

Just thought I would chime in on this thread. I wished I would have seen it before I sent this guy money. Carlos773 is a thief. I sent him $150 in August and still have not received anything but silence.
