I could purchase an IROC 'vert ($3000 with new top), but I'm unsure about how difficult locating parts might be. Are parts still available from GM? Or would I be bone yarding a lot? After market?

take a look in our sponsers listed at the top of the page, especially TDS. Sometimes parts pop up from individual sellers too. I would buy all the good parts from a salvage yard you find for the future or to sell.

Parts for our cars are slowly becoming available.
Hawk's and ThirdGen Resource were starting to carry more items.

Back in May of last year the crew at Hawk's told me they were fabbing up their own version of the 3-peice rear spoiler for our cars.

I need to check and see if they did it . . .

Depends on exactly WHAT parts your needing. The hardest I'd say to loacate are the decklids, trunks, and rear molding.

Does anyone offer replacement decklids?

Mine is howing signs of rust and I'll need to replace it someday.
GM engineered the dang things to rust out on the bottom side of the lid.

JamesC, if you don't buy that car, let me know. I think I might be interested.

Peace
