As much as i hate to admit it the 87 Sport Coupe Vert that i bought is beyond my ability to restore, After getting it stripped down i found severe rust in wheel well's and the floor pan area's.

With that said i will be going to look at this 89 RS VERT that is on E-Bay right now, Look's good to me in the pics', But the 87 did also! I bought the 87 sight unseen and will not make that mistake again. Have been dealing with these people a couple of day's on this car and can get for less than 2 Grand. Will probably put my 87 up on E-Bay as a part's car if the deal goes thru tomorrow, Thanks for listening to my rant and wish me GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!

go for it, i picked up my 89 for 950 bucks, all it needed was a fuel pump, and a wax job : )

 

me and my '89 have been good friends , i'd never sell it . had since 43,000 miles and it's turning into quite the beast!

 

Went to look at Car and had to pass, Body was in decent shape with little to no rust, However on startup the motor was blowing blue smoke out the exhaust. I allready have one Project Vert and wasn't in the mood to buy another, I guess my ability to repair mine need's a second thought at this time!!!!!!!!!!!
