vert gfx HELP!!
does anyone kno how to get the gfx off????? i cant find a place to get to the rear nut of the gfx? i took the screws outta the top side, the ones behind the badges, but cant get to the rear one.
i kno on hardtops and t tops, there is a little piece of rubber thats glued to the inside. u take that piece off and you can get to the rear bolt for those style gfx.
how do you get to that damn nut!!!!!!!??????

I really hope there's an easier way, but the truth is when I pulled mine off to get ready for paint I had to drill a 1" hole with a hole saw near where the seatbelt retracter is.
You should be able to see down in where the nut is. Take your retractors off and line up the hole saw with the nut. Drill through the three layers of sheetmetal and back the nut off with an extension.
I haven't got to putting the nut back on, so I can't help you there!

thats what ill probably end up doin and sayin F-it about the hole and leave it there. LOL

Once you get the hole, you'll see why I said that.. The way the extension has to go in is going to prove hard to keep the nut in the socket..
