1982 Vert T/A ?

Hello! I just picked up a car from a guy who was inline behind me at the junkyard. It's a 1982 T/A vert. Was this a factory car or a conversion? I looked but didn't see any numbers to help me just how rare or weird this car is. I can post pics if that would help anyone.

Conversion.

The 'factory' convertibles didnt start appearing until 1986.

Make it something you will enjoy driving!

Post some pictures and I'm sure someone will be able to help with identifying the company that did the conversion.

Does it have a back seat? If the back seat is covered up by a hard cover w/ two "humps" behind the seats, It's an Autoform conversion. I've got one of those...Kind of fun, but can be a pain to find parts for.
