Possibly a little cheaper i am trying to keep retails down as it is so it may be hard to cut more off the header sill is the one the top seals to it goes on the top and down the sides of the winshield frame on the body of the car.
The rest is coming soon.
Thanks,Bruce

this is great news.
i had my top installed recently, and i need new seals on the top. the shop managed to reuse the old ones, but i really want new ones.

if you want to do a test fit on my car or anything, let me know, and i'll drive it up there one weekend....

Those are listed on the Hawk's site now:

Hawk's site for vert parts

If you add up the total package of vert seals, I'm betting this cost is up there.

BTW: Thanks for posting this info, Bruce. Much appreciated.

Bluezee28 - have you tried calling a few GM parts departments? I was able to order that particuar window weatherstripping from a dealer in Canada - and they sent it to me in Aus. This was a couple of years ago, but would be worth calling arround if you haven't already and can't wait for the repo.

- I just posted on the other thread about this. - I'm highly interested, but also not in a hurry. The car is down right now and will be for a bit, but I'd like to buy everything new when she goes back together.

I have tried to get several key pieces of the weatherstrip from GM, and the only one they still have is the rear bow seal where it meets the tonneau lid. Its like $105, and p/n is 12504727. So far its the only p/n I've asked for that GM stocks. I just ordered 2 of these in the last 3 months.
