I agree on the daylight pics. I wish i could see how that pearl turned out better.

and whats up with the hood? looks like a big gap in that second pic? or is it just popped?

Love the paint though! How much did it run ya?

Is it me or is there a huge gap in the alignment of the hood on the fender on the driver's side?

Nothing says, "I love you" to your car like a new paint job.

hood fitment looks off mainly because in second pic hood is propped. I blame it on Tobi (the dog).

second reason: where the hood supports on rear are, the air struts are so freakin strong they push the hood up , need to figure a way to stop this. Probably lookin into a way to re mount it

insurance covered it as it wasn't my doing, but It would have cost me 4500.

Out of my own pocket I paid 500 for re/re (all bumpers, emblems, lights and mouldings came off) and 50 for the pearly to be added. I wish I had added more pearl tho, you can BARELY see it.

That is exactly what I am wanting to do to the Formula when I finish it except with more blue pearl of course. Just the other day I was going to make a post and see if anyone on here has it or if they thought the color combo would look good. Damn....you beat me. Oh well I'm still going to do it. Awesome looking car though. On your hood strut problem try un hooking one of the struts and see how it closes like that. I know it will be stiffer on one side and make it kind of wobbly, but it's just a suggestion.
