lower fender mount

I noticed a rattle the other day in my car, so I started beating the car around the area of the rattle to poke my head in the fender area where the splash gaurd is missing to find that the lower rear section of the left front fender has been cut off and not mounted.

So I see ASC installed there subframes over the factory mount area. Now w/o removing my GFX and not dealt with a vert before, I dont know what mount method should be here.

How did ASC mount the lower section of the fender? Surely they didnt just leave it hanging there. Anyone got pics, or can point me to pics?

ASC modified the bottom of the front fenders "cut about 4" off" to clear the rocker panel reinforcements a lower fender sheet metal mounting bracket that came in left and right was installed I believe the schematic drawings showing that part and are available on this site under the convertible secion? I have a to scale hand sketch I made several years ago of that part in left and right when I did my "T"-Top to convertible conversion if you need it I can email it to you? Let me know? By now it is most likely not available from GM.
