My 1986 ASC camaro

Well I could use some advice and fast if possible. I was in a car accident about 2 weeks ago. I posted about it in the asc thread. I just had the insurance adjusters looking at it bright and early this morning. They said that it was looking like it was going to be a total loss. I am very mechanically inclined, it doesn't seem to be all that bad. It is pretty ugly but I don't feel that if is terrible to fix. It is a 86 asc camaro # 0141. They said that they couldn't find the value of it due to the fact that they couldn't find another one for sale to get a value for what it could be. Reason I ask is that the damage of maybe 4-5 K would be "more" than the value of the car making it a salvage tittle =(:gocrazy:. So if you have a ASC camaro pleas tell me how much you would sell your car for. Not for me buying it but so that they could get a idea what this thing is really worth. Or if ANY ONE knows where I can find a listing for how much one would go for that would be awesome thanks guys.

Search Autotrader and Ebay to see what you can come up with.

If its in mint condition, then it prolly worth around 5k depending on options.

Yeah, a quick search of the online ads would give you a good idea. While there's not many like yours (regarding '86), it will give you then general idea.

Before I had my ride insured, I had it professionally appraised and then covered for that amount. We have some sweet rides and need to cover our a$$es. Way easier to do the legwork before hand, than struggling afterword.

I agree, if your ride was in nice shape, then it should fetch a minimum of $5K. Good luck.
