body parts on 88vert?

body parts on 88vert?
did the body parts (fenders) that came on verts different for hardtops and t-tops? are does the year matter? i have some from a 91 and they dont fit.

They are the same, you need to cut off about 3.75" off the bottom tho to fit the vert and re-rivet on the bracket that holds on the bottom of the fender to the car.

yeah i noticed that. i already did that to one of the side but on the other side, it was an aftermarket fender and the owner/bodyman didnt reuse the bracket that needs to be riveted.... know anything to do?
