How hard?
How hard?
Im debating if I should swap the hard top into a convertable for the 85 bert.
Already replacing the body with Iroc hood, front bumper and RS side skirts (theres not gunna be any badges on it except the camaro emblem)
But I was wondering how hard it would be.
That or put a sun roof into it.. I know a little far fetched..
But miss the T-tops

Re: How hard?
A basic aftermarket sunroof would be feasible, but if you were thinking of converting it into a convertible, it would be way easier and cheaper to just buy a convertible. Taking the roof off a car is a huge structural mod that has many engineering implications effecting strength & safety, even insurability. Not to mention that just finding all the parts would likely mean you'd end up buying a donor vert anyway. Many of the parts are not available except from other rides.
Some have done a t-top conversion, but it would still be a lot easier and likely less expensive to just buy a ride with that option.
