convertible top bow screws

convertible top bow screws

looks like over the years some of the round domed hex screws that attach the bows to the frame on the convertible top frame got lost. does anyone know where i might find replacement (as original ) hardware. thanks

OEM screws are not available that i am aware of. Some members here on TGO that are parting out a vert have helped me in the past. Also, you might try contacting people who are selling vert parts on e-bay. They sometimes have them. Your only other option is to use existing standard hardware that is available. Pep Boys, Lowes, Home Depot. Just becareful. The frames are made of aluminum & you can damage the existing threads when inserting a incorrect screw size. For the most part my vert uses a metric thread.
