Any advice on getting a vert top?

Any advice on getting a vert top?
My Matrix 3 ragtop is in... well rags. You could get a pattern out of it, but its not really repairable (Not to mention I hate the color, I'd prefer black to 80's denim).
I've emailed every upholstery shop in the area that I can find (near Indy), and everyone recommends someone else, who in turn recommends someone else, and so on. Of course, I've also emailed most of the major companies, who only do the 87 and on tops, and couldn't be any help.
Anyone been through this before? Know how/where to get a custom ragtop?
