First 3rd gen Project, got a couple questions

It's a 1990 RS convertable that my grandmother bought brand new. First, the middle spoiler (go figure) has been broken off I think twice now. Should I try and find a replacement or should I try and repair it again? I know that middle spoilers are a pain in the *** to find but the underside of this thing isn't in good shape. Second, it's an automatic and I want to eventually drop a 6 speed in it. Does anyone know who makes one for it?

Regarding the 6spd, you could always try to score a used one off of a 4th gen.
Have you tried doing a search on our "Tansmission-Drivetrain" section? Tons written about this topic there.
Examples . . .

. . . many more. Good luck.

Yeah I hear you on that. Check thirdgenranch, I know that they have the spoilers that go on the outsides, Idk if they have the bigger middle piece, but then again I wasn't looking that intently.

Re: First 3rd gen Project, got a couple questions

I assume that you are talking about the rear deck spoiler?? I have 2 used ones if you are interested, let me know and I can email pix (will have to take them first). Both have had small cracks repaired and one or 2 mount studs re- epoxied. Just finishing getting my 92 Z28 vert back together and have some spares left from the project. For parts sources I would also suggest checking thrdgenranch.com and moderndaymuscle.com
