Convertible top rubbing tonnuea trim!
I just noticed last night that my 91 z28 convertible top is rubbing the tonneau trim and now it has a nice rip in it!!
Any ideas how to fix the trim?
I'm assuming the top frame is not properly aligned, and I think it is my fault because I forgot to lower the passenger side window before I dropped the top.
Any input is well appreciated,
Thanks in advance

Mine does this too. I installed a new tonneau lid with MINT trim, now my trim has a big gouge in it!

Re: Convertible top rubbing tonnuea trim!
After years of waiting I finally got the car I always wanted and now the goal is to keep it in mint condition! Even a little tear like this is enough to **** me off and drive me crazy as I am OCD with details, if i know it's there it will drive me crazy until it's fixed!
I've been using a rag to keep the top linkage from doing more damage.
I think i may try to re-vinyl the trim once I figure out why it's rubbing in the first place!
Is you tonnuea cover aligned good? Maybe it's too far over on one side.
