Top pad question
I had a question on top pads on an 89 RS.
I received the box from TopsOnline and removed my old top and pads, the pads may have been original and are falling apart, the old top was Robbins.
I only found the Black heavy duty Nylon webbing material that is in a long strip in the box, nothing that looked like a pad. I cannot use the old ones, so do I need to make new ones?
What materials should I use; I have seen vinyl and foam on some other site?
Anyone got any ideas or better yet photos. Thanks
I did a search

Re: Top pad question
Update: I got this email from Tops On line – Since you already got the 9 inch wide top pad webbing material that is all you need, the webbing has to be attached to each bow like the old one was and your done. Do 1 side at a time so you don't lose the distances between each bow.
So that is a good thing, I had a bit of apprehension about hading to build a pad and what materials I would need to use.
