'cloudy' vinyl wear sticker
My vinyl wear sticker is no longer fully clear. Does anyone have an idea on how to improve it's appearance?
The label on Back to Back states that it will remove oxidation on any color so I am thinking of trying a small sample.
Any assistance would be most appreciated.

Re: 'cloudy' vinyl wear sticker
Are you talking about the vinyl rub strip that goes on the rear deck where the convertible top meets the deck when the top is up?
I don't know of any polish that would work and "Back to Black" or a similar liquid product may fill in the scratches that are probably the cause of the "cloudy" look. If I were you, I would give it a try - can't hurt.
Surprisingly, mine is good but it is painted the body color of the car. When I bought it from an Atlanta dealer back in '92, the deck lid had some crazing in the lear coat. They stripped the whole deck and then did not mask off the vinyl piece when they shot the paint and clear coat. It has really worn well over 20 years. Reason for telling you is this may be a solution we have not considered. Instead of a clear sticker, maybe you could paint and clearcoat the one you have. Just a thought.
If this is not the part you are trying to repair, sorry for wasting your time reading this.
