New owner-89 iroc vert

Hey guys, This is my first time posting here, however I've visited this site a few times before, it seems like a great community.Well I bought this 89 camaro a week before thanksgiving for 4300, from the original owner. It popped up on CL one morning, and after two days of deciding if i should go see it or not.I finally decided to go. I was apprehensive about the car at first due to the fact that since I've been searching for a camaro, every time I went to see a car on CL I was very disappointed by the car in person. However when I saw this car I wanted it and when I learned that he was the original owner and he made little to no mods to it, I had to have it. The car is an 89 Iroc-z with a 305, auto trans. The original owner informed me that he replaced the iroc grill for an Rs which he liked better, the car had a repaint in 99,he gave me receipts for about 2k in suspension and fuel injector work from last year. All the paperwork including the original bill of sales from Camp Chevrolet in Ga. And a box of various parts and manuals for the car.The car handles great and has not given me any problems so far. However my first objective is to redo the interior and put the original grill and fog lights back. Also if anyone has ordered interior seat kits, any help on my color combo would be appreciated. I've called hawks and 1Aauto and the samples seat covers I've received so far are not close matches. They're sending me gray, but nothing that has the two shades of gray in the seats.
(sorry about the double post I couldn't find a thread on how to post pics and make/delete threads)

I've seen those before I believe it's a collar that works as an anti theft device to prevent access to the steering column. It's common that they bust the steering column to start and steal 3rd gens.

It looks pretty clean. Have you looked a Rick's Camaros (Eckler's)for an interior kit? I have a factory replacement set of covers from a dealer (came with the car) and while close, are not exactly the same as I currently have in my '89 IROC vert. Have fun with the car. I can barely go out in mine without someone asking me if I want to sell it.

Yea I wanted to go black and silver with the interior but then I decided to stay as original as possible. And I know finding an exact match won't happen anytime soon, but am trying to get as close as possible. The samples I have now some match, but am trying to get something with two shades of gray in them. I think I might have found it on Ricks the have a silver charcoal combo that I think could work. Also I've had offers to sell too since I've had the car but I always refuse am driving this thing till am old.
