Convert Top Header Panel Screws

Convert Top Header Panel Screws
Looking for a complete set of screws (black) for fastening the header panel (the one attached to the top itself).
They look similar to other interior screws (the washer type)
Are these types of screws available at my local hardware store? My header panel was destroyed and attempted to be reinstalled with misc screws.
ALSO, is this an easy swap out? I haven't taken the old one out yet.
