Hi there,
Looks like it's all there; no missing important parts. How does it run? I would suggest a tune-up to make sure it is running good and reliable first. Once it is running good, (and stopping good, and steering good, etc.) then maybe get the nose repainted. Shop around, if you are on a tight budget (who isn't, right?) they can probably just do the nose for $100 - 200. That and a good polish, and your car will be looking nice and smart. You will get lots of looks.
I'd say you are off to a good start.

Nice first car man. Take care of it. Its rare being a 92. Looks like its fairly solid from what can be seen.
I have a customer with almost your twin (tan top & interior though)... Little inspiration pics

Well we bought the car for a 1000 and have put around 2200 into with a tune up and top along with some other things. It has a knock in the motor but I'm not real worried about it right now because we've had a mechanic look at it and he said it was a wrist pin. And yea I know I was lucky when I got it because my dad had one that my grandad had worked on before he died but it's sitting in his companies junkyard specifically for me to get parts off of and the thing is the only difference between the two is ones a 90 hardtop and mines a 92 convertible weird right same motor, transmission, color, etc.
