Not what I remember, Might sell it...
This past winter I made a trade to get back into thirdgens and got exactly what I wanted. Problem is, now, the more I see it sitting in my garage and the more I drive it the less I like it. Nothing is wrong with it. It's just not what I remember or desire. I don't like seeing it sit in the garage but I don't want to put miles on it. When I drive it it doesn't impress me. Its great putting the top down but I dunno... Its just not there for me anymore.
I picked it up on a trade so I have no idea what its worth. I'm thinking of selling it. Its a Red '91 Z28 Convertible 305 Auto 94k miles. All original, Very clean interior, no cracks in dash, good top (Tan)
Everything works properly has many new/newer parts, all original except cat-back. I think its 2 3/4" with Dynomax muffler. 90% of all parts replaced by myself of the previous owner are all AC Delco. Good tires, just passed PA inspection, New delco fuel sending unit/pump, VSS, coolant sensor. Just replaced valve seals so NO smoke at start up.
The bad... Could use paint. Looks good from far but is faded and oxidized as expected. The rear bow seal piece of weather stripping is broken at the corners by the side windows. The windshield has a windshield wiper scratch across it.
Whats it worth? Help me out guys its a great car and would serve someone who could appreciate it awesome. Very nice unmolested example of a 91 Z28 Vert.

Well in AZ that would be a $6,000 dollar car. Not sure what the market in PA is, though. No rust?

I live not too far from you in PA.
I bought a 91 RS vert for $2800, needed new top, about the same miles.
When I sold that, I picked up my next one- a 90 RS for $1200- wasn't running. One fuel pump later, and I drove her for a year, before I sold it and it went to LA.
This spring- I picked up a 91 RS 5 speed, posi rear car with 79,000 miles- no rust, needed driver's fender and a paint job, for $2500.
I know yours is a Z, but it gives you an idea.
What are you thinking $$?
