Identify spoiler part 89 Iroc Z28 convertible
Anyone know what to call the black plastic strip that goes between the spoiler (with third brake light) and trunk facing the front of the car? There is a 'bead' of plastic that is stuck under the spoiler lengthwise. I suppose to prevent water getting under the spoiler. I need to replace mine as my car is being painted and the old one fell apart.
Any ideas? I tried several searches for weather stripping.

Try searching for "P-seal".

I appreciate the responses, but I still am having issues. I have attached a picture.
Notice the arrow I drew in the picture. Along the spoiler right there is a very small Hard plastic 'bead' that travels along the length of the spoiler. The piece that follows the spoiler is round (hence why I use the term bead) and has a flat part that tucks up under the spoiler itself. It is not soft rubber or felt it's purely hard plastic.

Lon knows his stuff. I know what piece your talking about, but couldn't tell you what its called. I doubt you'll find a new one. might look into making something yourself or search for someone parting out a vert and hope they have one.

So, I still can't find this, however, I found out what the part is.
SPOILER SEAL STRIP - (GM Part# 12331868)
Wish I could find some type of replacement, mine is ragged and just finished a brand new 2 month paint job. Slowly putting the car back together.
