In going to the sticky's on this forum it appears most of the schematic, diagram links etc., are long dead or do not include all the convertible top frame hardware, including but not limited to two apparently non-standard 3.750 O.A.L x .500 O.D. Extension springs, that have a wire diameter of .125 ...
Done a bit of searching online for extension springs in general, and these are some oddballs as far as I can tell thus far...

So thus far I have not been able to find any convertible top diagrams that show all the hardware bits & pieces like the two extension springs for instance that I am trying to find replacements, part numbers etc for...

I need a schematic/diagram of the CONVERTIBLE FOLDING TOP HARDWARE, ideally that shows these two extension springs and their part numbers...

so if anybody can shed some light on any of this I would appreciate it.

In the attached picture you see two extension springs, I see the lower, larger, fatter one in the convertible top frame, schematics, diagrams, etc., (with a GM part number of 12509962) I have seen thus far but not the smaller, longer bugger...

I can supply the springs if you need them. I have several top frames in stock that I part out for customers that are in need of the parts.
