I have an 88 that I am working on restoring. The original top frame was destroyed when a big branch fell on it. Located a different one, but I cannot get it to fit right on the car. The rails above the windows will not sit completely down into their stops on the main frame when you close it unless you adjust it forward and then the gap at the back of the windows gets all jacked up. I have nothing to go by as to exactly how it should fit. If anyone has any info or suggestions on this I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks.
