Vert third brake light same as non-vert?
The previous owner smoked it and I want to replace it with a stock one.

Did you search? Because I answered this question not too long ago.
They're the same aside from the years that used the small Ford 3rd brake light. Firebird convertibles used the same lights as Camaros too, fwiw.

I had asked the question a few years back, as someone had hacked a normal GTA CHMSL into the convertible lid, from a coupe. It was bad.

If its just that they smoked it with that "spray tint" you could always remove the "smoke" - wet sand with 1000 then 2000 grit and then polish with polishing compound and then a car wax. I did this with a pair of tail lights years ago which were "smoked" and they turned out fantastic, not too much work - I believe that was the progression I used if I recall correctly.
