pillar gauge pod

pillar gauge pod

I searched and found that a ttop Autometer full pillar gauge pod has to be modified in order to fit into convertible. My question is, however, how does it need to be modified? The only post I could find didn't explain how.

Probably at the top where it meet the t-top.Might have to shorten it.
