Hello everyone, I am getting the car ready to repaint the rear deck lid and spoiler, my old spoiler broke in to pieces, I can't figure out how to adjust the rear deck lid the front part is way to high (pictures) even if I press down on it it won't go down... is there an adjustment for that?
Re: 92 Trans Am Convertible Rear deck lid adjustment
The adjustment is made by repositioning the hinge rods that attach the trunk lid to the body. There are 4 screws (2 on each side) that control the up, down, and side to side motion. They also control the gap between the trunk lid and the rear of the tonneau so be careful when adjusting.

Thank you TAvert91 I am going to take a look at it again.. do I need to open the tonneau cover to access those screws?
