Rear wing removed
I took the rear wing off for fun and it looked better to me in person than it did in pictures. I'm going to leave my rear wingless for now on.

I filled in the holes with some sheet metal I cut to fit and then bonded it to the decklid.

Looks pretty good.I took my wrap around spoiler off because I thought it looked better without one cause the paint was cracked on mine and it had a few big holes in the rubber. I dont have $350 lying around to drop on a new fiberglass aerowing so I was considering spending 10 or 15 bucks at the local junk yard and putting on the plain firebird spoiler in the meantime.

I think it looks cool. I used to own an 84 S/E that came stock w/out a spoiler.
I would have to say though, I like them better with a spoiler. Especially the 82-84 body styles.

(just jokin wit ya
)i like the no wing look on 'birds, but for the camaros, the spoiler is perfect to me..... it needs that lil flip on the end to complete it...

Wingless birds do look good. I've always like them. But the Wrap around spoiler on a bird just plain belongs there.
Gm did a good job with the styling on thirdgens. At least, I think they did. But I'm biased, same as most of you. ^_^

Ha! I've gotten so used to my 82 without a spoiler that when I just placed it on top of my decklid it looked strange to me! (BTW the base taillights are on the car because my 82 ones are cleaned and polished and I needed to put tailights on it to move it. Hek even look at the seats a spare viscount I had and the drivers seat is my Camaros
)
