Baby $hit brown stuff

I opened my Mom's radiator cap (89 3.1 grandprix) today to check it , it had some sorta baby $hit brown crap on the underside of the cap , not alot but enough and some on the inside of the radiator , but not any in the fluid that I could see . the fluid did not look real clean . Im going to flush it this weekend . But , what is this baby $hit brown crapola ? I saw it in my radiator when I pulled it from the boneyard ! I flushed it real good . My radiator has been ok sence .

Is it maybe some rust?

Maybe leftover rad sealant?

Might possibly be a blown head gasket. Was there coolant in the oil in the last oil change?
