Fusible link question........

Fusible link question........

the wire leading to my fans fusible link broke,, so i just spliced a wire in place of the fusible link.
are any problems going to occur because of this?

all i can think of is did u put another fuse in whe u put in the wire?

the fusible link in my 88 GTA is an orange wire that goes into the cigar shaped fusiblel link near the drivers side battery....
