hardwiring both fans together

Can both fans be wired together to come on when the first fan
comes on?I was going to splice them together down behind the
radiator. Will one relay run both fans?I know that the second fan comes on only when running the AC.Iwant both fans to come on
at the same time when the first fan usually does.

Cut the 2nd fan green/white relay wire & splice it into the 1st fan green/white wire. Or just tie them into each other w/o cutting, doesn't really matter much since it's a ground anyways.
