AC blows cool but blows weak

My AC blows nice and cold but even after replacing the blower fan the air comes out very weak. I/ve made sure that each step of the four position switch changes how much the air comes out but even on max AC and the switch on hi the air comes out weak!!!
Any suggestions???

Check your air ducts!

Im no expert, but I would suggest checking your airduct system behind the dash of the car. If you have ever done a heater core (as i have) you begin to see that the air from the blower motor is routed to the vent through a series of plastic ducts, held together with screws. Something could have rattled loose or you could simply have a crack in it from heat/wear. This could result in your air going elsewere.

Good luck

Its in front of the radiator, you might even mistake it for a radiator if you do not know that much about cars.

It sounds like he is talking about air flow coming out of the vents rather than the temp of the air, in which case the evaporator wouldnt have any effect on that. I dont get much flow either, but it hasnt been that big of a concern for me yet to look into that problem.

The Evaporator is in the dash/firewall. The Condenser is the A/C part that is in front of the radiator

The high blower motor speed power comes from the blower motor relay in most cases. Previous lower settings go through a resistor, but when you go to full out the relay kicks in. Relay is usually located in front of the blower box sitting by itself.
