radiator help!

radiator help!

is there any special way to fill up a radiator....or do u just put it in...start it to get it pumpin and fill it the rest of the way? also u DO put some fluid in the overfill tank also...correct?

That sounds close but hoping that you havnt done it already. If your putting in a new one that has no fluid in it. Just take it pour a whole bottle of antifreeze in it. Make sure you give the hoses a few squeezes to let the air out so the liquid can settle down. Keep filling it up and letting out the air. Once that is done put the cap back on and fill your overfill tank with a mixture of antifreeze and water. That should take care of it.
