Low temp fan switch for cheap!

Hey, I found this site online that sells low temp fan switches for corvettes. They work on f bodys also though, so I ordered one and installed it today. Its half the price of hypertech's switch, and turns the fan on at a significantly cooler temp than the stock switch or even the one that everyone is using of an 87 Buick Regal 4.6 turbo. I believe that one comes on at 220. This one comes on at 200, and I like it much better. Heres the website:

I just had my primary fan activation temperature changed when I had my chip done. Now I just need to do the manual fan switch for my secondary fan.

I don't know if it will work on the 3.1. When I said it would work on Fbodies, I was thinking v8 wise, sorry about that. Go to your local parts store and see if the v6 fan switch and one for a v8 are similar. If they are, then it will work.

18.95 switch...

Did you have to buy the harness for that switch to work?

And do you have the dual fan set-up or the single fan set-up? Does the single fan set-up require the wiring harness?

I only have one question. The switch only turns on the secondary fan, right? So if you buy and install that harness aswell for TPI cars that have duel fans will it turn both of them on at the stated temp?? or is that only possible by burning a new prom??
