A few questions about cooling stuff/ what is this in the pic
ive got an 89 iroc l98. this picture is what it looks like next to my batter. the connector in the center has had a wiire cut off ofeach side and then a jumper spliced in between. is this so that both fans should come on at the same time?
second my fans dont come on. the green arrow is pointing to the fan relay correct? if not, could yall tell me which one is the fan relay. thanks

also if i get to the relay or whatever it is on the pass side head, can i open up the wire casing, then connect a jumper wire and ground it to the body. then shouldnt the fan be on all the time when the ignition is on?
and leys say i ran this wire 9it would be a ground) inside the car to a switch. then i could manulay control it right.
what size wire and what kinda amp switch should i get?
and what relay is it in this picture. it looks like it has to do with the fans aswell.

The first pic is the relay for the drivers side fan and the second pic is for the pass side.
Find the wire that grounds the relay side of the relay and put a switch in it and you can control it manually.
Here is a wiring diagram that i found on another thread.
