a 180 thermostat will help keep the temp down... id say you should be ok, do you plan on doing anything to the fans to make them come on earlier?
if u bought a fan switch that came on at 200 you would be all set..
you would run like 190ish on the freeway and probably close to 200 in traffic... alittle better than the normal 220 all the time..
