How do I know which lead is for which fan?

How do I know which lead is for which fan?
'87 305 IROC TPI. Dual fans. The wires have been cut and I'm wiring in something different. I want to know which wires are the ones that turn the 195 fan on and the 210 fan on. This way I can turn both on at 195.... and I'm putting in a separate set of relays to operate the fans off of a switch.

There are 5 wires coming from the loom/harness.... two orage (power), a green, a tan, and a black.
Is it the tan or the black or the green?

you can use can setup up the stock factory wiring and work from there..
i just spilced in a toggle switch so i can ground the relay(s) any time i want, and you dont even have to wire in any other relays at all.
