Electric fan ?

Is there any stock vehicles out there using an electric fan rated for somewhere around 4300 cfm? I'd prefer to find one in a salvage yard or something to keep the costs down.

hmm for one i wasn't saying that u had to get one from an f-body. obviously this is going on an f-body and so therefore i was giving u a point of reference on what f-bodies came from so u can knwo what to look for..

ya and i seriously doubt any of those are gonna be any better then the fans on our cars. if u can cool a hot 350 in a crappy engine compartment with crappy airflow in a camaro then ur not gonna need a bigger fan for your v6 sedan or whatever.. good luck finding a 4300 CFM fan.

Obviously you have proven that too much assuming does make an *** out of yourself. I'm not looking for a better fan for an F-body.... in fact, the vehicle I had in mind for the fan was a 1980 International Harvester with a 345 V8. And your wish for luck must have been the magic that lead me to the 4600 cfm electric fan from Ford Tauras station wagon or Lincoln Mark VIII.
