Burning Coolant

I have an 89 L98 with aluminum heads. I am burning coolant. How do I fix this, where can the problems be.

Is it coming out the tailpipes or burning off the engine? If it is coming out the tailpipes it may be a cracked head or a blown head gasket.

well it is coming out the tailpipe. I'm hoping that it just the head gasket.

My first guess would be a head gasket. If you engine over heated you may have a warped head on your hands. A friend of mine had the L98 aluminum heads on his 'bird and when it overheated once, the heads warped!!
