Manual Fan Switch

I searched the boards and couldn't find my answers....

I'm swapping a 455 Buick into my Camaro. I don't want to use the belt driven fan, I want electric. I'd rather not have to deal with making the fan turn on when the motor reaches a certain temp. Rather, I'd just like a switch inside the Camaro to flip on and stay on all the time while its running?

Questions:
1) How can I rig this up, since it appears that all electric fans I find seem to have a harness for them?
2) Can I have the + and - cables going straight to the battery and Would it drain my battery? (I am going to have an alternator)

Thanks!

There's one problem with this:

1) I've done away with the ECM.
2) I don't have my original fan any more.

Any other ways? Could I cut the plug in off of the fan that I get and use those for positive and negatives and hook them up to a switch?

Example:

Are those positive and negative wires?

do you atleast still have the wiring or the relay for the stock fan? (if it was electric?)

you definitely want to run a relay and a fuse somewhere in the switching system..
