Coolant Leak???

I have a 91 RS with a 3.1 in it. About a month ago i had a ton of coolant in my driveway from my car so i assumed it was the waterpump so i put a new one on and it stopped leaking. Well today i went to pull my car out of the grague and i had a small pool of collant again any ideas where it is comming from? could it be the timing cover gasket? or could it be a bad gasket on the h20 pump. I dont get why it would stop then all of the sudden start again then all day today it wasent leaking and my car wasent over heating any ideas?

No, there hopefully isn't coolant in your oil pan, so the timing cover wouldn't leak coolant. Yes, a gasket on the water pump could leak coolant. You better just check around the car better. Let it idle and watch for drips. The best thing to do would be getting under the car and find what is wet.

on a 3.1 itis possible for the timing cover to leak coolant , coolant passes thruogh it to the block from the water pump

i woulod double check the bolts to the water pump to make sure they are tight, then maybe check all hoses to tightness...
