what the hell? fan probs!

ok, i had a manual fan switch on my car, then my fan stopped working. got a new fan, hooked it up, and im getting power to it (to the switch at least), and it still isnt running! anything yall cna think of?

have you check for 12 volts at the fan connection? is the ground good?

hardwire from positive to fan, no dice. where does the ground hook up, and wouldnt it screw up other parts of my car as well?
